To unwind during the week I attend classes at a local hot yoga studio. The room temperatures reach 92 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
Organic.
I like to spend my spare time in my garden, where I grow a variety of produce. I shop at the local fresh food stores for produce if something’s not growing in my garden.
